Team Development

Team building / development programmes are generally run over the course of 1 – 2 day workshops but shorter sessions can be tailored and can work very well as an ‘add on’ to a team review / goal setting off site / meeting.

Every team development day is individual and it will normally require some customization to ensure success for the specific team / organization however, the following are just examples of some modules to give a flavour of what is possible;

  • Team Check In – facilitated discussion about how things are going in the team including ‘stuff we love’, ‘stuff that challenges us’, ‘stuff that needs to stop’ and ‘stuff we want’
  • Building out our ‘Stuff’ – an action packed facilitation focused on exploring the output of the team check in activity and establish the top priorities – as identified by the team – and beginning action plans for the top 5 for each
  • Team Personalities – through the use of psychometric profiling, this module assists individuals and the team as a whole to better understand their individual tendanicies and those of their team(s)
  • Team SWOT – a facilitated exploration of the team’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats – followed by a ‘build out’ of how to work with / overcome these
  • Painting Our Picture - Team Goal Setting / Planning – creative facilitation focused on goal setting / planning / business planning for the team using questioning, art, drama and storytelling to encourage people to think and express themselves outside the box
  • Building the Team Vision / Mission & Values – facilitation around how the build of the team vision / mission using questioning, art, drama and storytelling to encourage people to think outside the box
